All registrations for MOCAP must begin with the student's resident LEA's enrollment process. The resident LEA will register enrolled students with MOCAP providers to setup reporting and invoicing.
Districts and charters: please use the following form to enroll students with our MOCAP vendors. This form is to be used only by districts and charters. It is not to be filled out by parents. All information on the form is required in order to enroll students in MOCAP courses. To find your region please visit the MOCAP website at https://mocap.mo.gov/contact-us.html. Course name and ID code can be found on the Course Catalog. Please do not ask parents to fill out the form.
Please note that in the event of school closures, courses taken through the MOCAP program will need to be entered with Program Code 50 if the teacher is provided by the MOCAP vendor or Program Code 52 if the teacher is provided by the district or charter but is using MOCAP curriculum. These program codes will need to be used regardless of where the instruction is taking place because in either circumstance it will not be taking place in the school building. Please note that Program Codes 50 and 52 are ONLY for MOCAP courses. Courses developed by an LEA or through a cooperative agreement will not use a program code.

- MOCAP courses listed as approved by the National Collegiate Atheltic Association (NCAA) are listed on the NCAA list of couses.
- Primary Criteria for NCAA Review
- Minimum Time in Course: To be considered, reviewed and approved, transcripts should list each courses start date and end date to report that the 6 week minimum requirement has been met.
- Instruction Type: NCAA requires that you provide how online courses are graded. Whether they are computer graded by multiple choice, quizzes and exams only, by an instructor that provides instruction to the student for lessons, assignments and exams or both. NCAA does not approve computer graded courses, therefore students need to review the courses they enroll in to assure they are NCAA approved. Labeling this determination on the transcript will help in the review process.
- Type of Credit: NCAA evaluates courses that meet the Core Requirement - ELA, Science, Social Studies, Math, etc. Elective courses are not considered.
